In August of this year NPSS had the privilege of presenting the course “Terrorism: Psychological Impact and Implications” to a group of First Responders and Chaplains from across the country in Valdese, NC. The course prepares attendees to deal with the psychological impact of not only Terrorist events, but those involving Natural Disasters. Attendees brought a wide range of experience and passion for serving others in times of crisis. We keep those impacted in NC and the surrounding area by Hurricane Florence in our thoughts and prayers.
