In March, NPSS had the opportunity to provide Advanced CISM education through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) at their regional conference in Atlantic City, NJ. Advanced intervention skills were presented over a 4-day period including Strategic Response to Crisis and Advanced Assisting individuals in Crisis. Audience members consisted of attendees from diverse backgrounds representing various states across the United States and Bermuda.
The group brought a great set of skills and challenged themselves to further enhance their CISM abilities, preparing them to serve those that they care for.
